Privacy Agreement

MoviaQuill collects data needed to operate a film and video entertainment app, including account identifiers, device identifiers, app settings, viewing history, media preferences, watchlist actions, playback status, search activity, title interactions, purchase records, and support messages. The app also processes technical data such as app version, device model, language, region, crash logs, and network diagnostics.

Data is collected when you create or use an account, open films, series, episodes, clips, trailers, or media library pages, start playback, save viewing tools, make a purchase through Apple, contact support, or permit device-level functions. Some technical data is collected automatically to keep playback, account access, and content delivery stable.

Data is used to provide media browsing, playback progress, video access, account security, purchase validation, customer support, service diagnostics, content organization, and fraud prevention. Viewing history and media preferences help present relevant library sections, continue episodes, and preserve watchlist choices across sessions.

Third-party service providers and SDK sharing can support analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, payment validation with Apple, content delivery, and security review. Shared data is limited to what is needed for those functions, and service providers are required to handle information for the app service rather than for unrelated purposes.

Account data, viewing history, media preferences, device identifiers, and purchase records are retained for the period needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. Diagnostic logs are kept for shorter operational periods unless needed for security or support investigation.

You can request deletion of personal data or withdraw consent for optional processing through in-app account settings. Deletion can remove account-linked viewing history, saved media preferences, and support records, while certain purchase records and security logs can be retained to satisfy recordkeeping duties and Apple transaction verification.

The app is designed for general video entertainment and is not directed to children who are below the digital consent age in their location. Parents or guardians can request review or deletion of a child's personal data connected to the service.
