User Agreement

This User Agreement governs access to the MoviaQuill film and video entertainment service. By using the app, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement under the rules that govern your location and that you will use the service only for personal entertainment viewing.

You are responsible for the account, device, and Apple ID environment used to access films, series, episodes, clips, trailers, playback tools, viewing history, and media library functions. Keep account credentials secure and do not transfer access to another person. Device settings, operating system limits, network quality, and account status can affect playback and library availability.

You agree not to disrupt video playback, bypass access controls, copy restricted media, reverse engineer the app, interfere with other users, submit unlawful material, or use automated tools to scrape title pages, episode listings, clip collections, trailers, or media library data. The service is for lawful entertainment use and must not be used to infringe rights or damage the service.

Films, series, episodes, clips, trailers, artwork, summaries, and playback features are provided for viewing inside the app. Availability can vary by account status, title rights, region, age rating, and technical support. You must follow content ratings and household device controls when younger viewers use the app.

Access to a media item gives you a limited right to view that item through app playback functions. It does not transfer ownership of the film, series, episode, clip, trailer, cover image, or related media asset. Saved viewing tools, watchlist entries, and history records organize access but do not create a separate right to keep a title outside the service.

The app design, text, software, media library arrangement, playback interface, and service materials are protected by intellectual property laws. MoviaQuill and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted in this User Agreement. You must not remove notices, reproduce media pages, or create derivative services from the app.

MoviaQuill can suspend or terminate access when an account violates this User Agreement, threatens service security, misuses playback, or infringes video content rights. Termination can limit access to films, series, clips, trailers, history, watchlist tools, and media library features.
