Auto-Renewable Subscription Agreement

The subscription content can provide recurring access to video features, films, series, clips, trailers, playback functions, media-library tools, watchlist support, and selected account-linked viewing benefits displayed in the app before purchase.

Each subscription period is shown on the Apple purchase sheet and lasts at least 7 days. Access begins after Apple confirms payment and continues through the active subscription period for the account associated with the transaction.

Automatic renewal keeps the subscription active at the end of each period unless you cancel through Apple before the renewal date. Apple charges the selected payment method at the billing time disclosed by Apple. Renewal gives continued access to eligible films, series, clip areas, trailer features, playback tools, and media library sections.

The cancellation method is managed through Apple ID account management. Open the Apple account subscription settings connected to the purchase, choose the app subscription, and cancel the renewal. Removing the app from a device does not cancel the Apple subscription or stop future billing.

When a trial period is offered, Apple shows the trial length, start date, and conversion terms before confirmation. After the trial ends, Apple bills the subscription unless cancellation is completed in Apple ID account management. A price change is presented through Apple, and continued subscription access follows Apple's confirmation and consent process.

MoviaQuill can review app-side access status after Apple validates the receipt, but Apple controls payment, cancellation, refunds, renewal notices, and Apple ID account management.
